Join the Great Escape community and experience the festival from the inside. Volunteering is a chance to meet new people, get involved, and contribute to an incredible few days at Redbanks, with a range of roles across the festival and plenty of time to enjoy the music and atmosphere along the way.
Want to work behind the scenes at Great Escape? We’re looking for capable, enthusiastic people to join our event crew across bars, front-of-house, artist support, site operations and more. Build hands-on festival experience, work alongside an experienced team, and play a key role in delivering Great Escape.
Bring your sound to the Great Escape stage this summer. We’re on the lookout for incredible musicians to be part of our three-day camping festival, creating unforgettable moments for our vibrant crowd. Share your music, connect with fellow artists, and help make this year’s event truly special.
